In August of this year, we were recognized for our work on the Flamingo Crossing project in
Winter Haven, Florida. Flamingo.
Disney alongside The American Campus Communities (ACC) created a state-of-the-art student
housing facility just a short bus ride away from Disney. Flamingo Crossing Villages include 41
buildings, 2,614 units and a fitness center, community center and more amenities. FaverGray
took on the task of being the General Contractor for this project and meeting demanding
deadlines and custom details the client asked for. Agantic Group LLC has followed suit and
proved excellence in our scope as well as highest safety ratings in the surrounding area even
receiving ABC’s Diamond Level Step Award. Agantic Group has partnered with multifamily
contractors in the Southeast to perform the following: sound attenuation, gypsum and
waterproofing and lightweight concrete on all terraces and breezeways.
