Agantic Group LLC received the ABC Excellence in Construction Project of the Year award for Luxor Club Apartments.

The First Coast area has seen a tremendous boom in multifamily construction in recent years, and Agantic Group felt fortunate to be a part of the exciting growth with Luxor Club Apartments. Luxor Club Apartments, located near Baptist Medical Center South, is comprised of 464 units in 17 three-story buildings, eight two-story carriage houses, and the clubhouse.

Several factors are considered in awarding the Subcontractor’s Project of the Year, and Agantic Group’s entry was particularly strong in demonstrating the company’s excellent safety programs and policies, including site-specific safety planning, daily task planning, and a robust safety orientation for new employees.

“We understand that an impeccable (safety) record is not a mere coincidence, but rather the product of our continued commitment and attention to improving our safety standards,” explained owner Agan Prameshuber.

Agantic Group’s approach to scheduling also factored into the award, as the team has developed a sophisticated scheduling method that allows them to be flexible and ready to perform work with shorter than industry-standard notice.

To achieve this, Agantic Group continuously cross-trains all field members so they are ready and available to work on any job site and work scope.
